A year ago I had to stop my long walks due to foot pain. I was told my pain was due to plantar fasciitis and if I just rested, the pain would go away. Months later I was no better, in fact I was worse. A friend told me about this book and said it had helped her. I found it very informative and quite easy to read. Best thing is I followed the Plan and had great results! I'm now PAIN FREE and have been able to get back to my 5-k walks. Thank you Colin Dombroski!

I bought this because all of the ratings were 5 stars and I've struggled with this for a few months. My local doctor didn't know much and I can't afford a podiatrist. While I can't speak for someone with a ridiculously bad case of foot problems, if you're struggling with minor ones and are looking for a few new ideas, you might as well spend $10 here before you spend $100 on a doctor visit.

The advice is very methodical and easy to understand. There are some glitches in the online resources referenced in the book ( such as repeating an exercise but pretending it’s a different exercise, and saying to do the ball foot massage for a Minute in the book, but 4-5 minutes in the video). My only criticism is that the wordiness of the book is slightly annoying. The subject could have been conveyed in a much shorter volume. Overall, the book is very good and very helpful. So glad I found it.

As a competitive athlete, the last thing I want to do is take time off from training with an injury. The chapters on rest and modifying activities were so encouraging for me. This book gave me GREAT alternative exercises to do while my feet were healing, and now I can do everything pain free! Amazing book, and so easy to follow. Thank you!!

I know Colin personally and he is truly an expert. We've talked a TON about Plantar Fasciitis and I'm so impressed by his extensive knowledge. He poured it all into this book for anyone to pickup and find relief.

If you’re looking for a great way to feel better, and keep your plantar fasciitis from coming back, you must read Dr. Dombrowski’s book. The exercises provided to keep me at the gym was a huge help. This book is amazing with such great advice. It's easy to follow and understand, with great tips and advice for anyone suffering from heel pain.
