My son (6) LOVES this book!!! He reads it numerous times EVERY week. For literacy week, the students are encouraged to dress up as their favorite character from a book, he chose a leopard. The book is informative and he often quizzes me on questions I don't know the answer to, says the correct answer and shows me where the answer is located in the book. This book has turned him into an animal lover, which is great considering before he wanted to be Sonic. Now he's interested in wildlife books, movies, shows and toys.
Great books. My 8 year old loves them. Perfect for keeping up on summer reading, especially if your kids love nature. Books are good quality and will last as long as you want, as long as they're taken care of. Really happy with this purchase, and am looking forward to ordering more from this series.
My niece, who just turned 5 in January, loves this book. We found it at the local library. She enjoyed it so much I bought it for her.
