This book is a MUST READ for anyone searching for answers in healing in the supernatural. My Test-imonial (out of three); I did what the author taught and prayed over a woman in Ohio, who was bed ridden from a minor stroke and had back pains. I asked her what her pain level was, in tears she told be 12.I grabbed a hold of her ankles and prayed and commanded for the spirit of infirmity to come out of her and to be healed in Jesus Name (Our Spiritual Contract) .... After about five minutes of praying (my first time praying for someone), I opened my eyes, tears were flowing from her face. I asked her what her pain level was now and she said ZERO!I told her not to be lying to me! (Faith = confidence!) She told me she felt a warm fuzzy feeling come over her whole body where the pain (spirit) was GONE and she felt at 100% peace. Every Christian in America needs to buy this book. We all have been lied to. We ARE the church!
UPDATE 3/29/15It works! Since reading this book several months ago, I thought I'd give it a try and put into action what I read. I have been praying for healing for people and have seen miracle after miracle - often instant healing! My faith for praying for healing has skyrocketed and now often when I go to stores or restaurants, I look for strangers to pray for. I just do what he said to do in the book: ask the Holy Spirit to come, once feeling God's presence, I speak directly to the body parts and command the healing in Jesus' name (sometimes 6-7 times or more - I learned from the book that persistence is the key), tell pain/inflammation to leave and often tell spirits of pain/infirmity/trauma to leave too. This book is the first that really encouraged me to know that God WANTS to use me (and YOU!) to heal the person for whom I'm praying! The miracles keep coming!Original review:I couldn't put this book down. I recommend this book to anyone interested in praying for the sick or being healed themselves. It is practical, interesting (lots of anecdotes), simple to read/understand and lays out scriptural basis well. It covers topics pertinent to healing that I had always wondered about (e.g. spiritual influences in sickness, faith, emotional healing, demons/deliverance, what if healing doesn't come, why some people lose their healing, etc.) and explains it in a clear way. The book filled me with knowledge and new faith to pray for the sick as well as increased hunger to hear God. This book is a must-read for all believers to know and exercise the authority given to us.
I have studied Divine Healing going on two years, and agree that Praying Medic has written a book that provides a soup-to-nuts, easy-to-read view of living a supernatural life in the Kingdom of God. While I have read numerous books, watched on-line videos, and studied from some of the best leaders living the supernatural lifestyle yesterday and today - I have hoped for a single book that I could share with family and friends that explains Kingdom concepts in a straightforward way.The Holy Spirit has accomplished this through Praying Medic - who covered all the necessary topics from healing to deliverance and fasting, kept it simple, shared his personal stories and testimonies, and made Divine Healing within reach for everyone. This is an awesome book !!! I have read many books on healing and this is one of the most helpful books !. I am a medical doctor specializing in internal medicine. After praying more and more for my patients, I have seen God heal many people after a prayer of faith ! The bible says healing follows the believer and believers have been given authority to heal. It is of course our God that heals. I have prayed for a woman who has lost her sight due to an acute stroke to have her sight restored by God. Many patients who are so anxious that they are afraid to leave the house who has to be brought to my office by my their family after much effort, are now able to be free of anxiety and worry without taking any medications ! I pray for almost all my patients now as I always tell them. As doctors we have limits. We will do everything humanly possible to help you but in many conditions, complete cure can on be from God the Great Physician.Glory to God! Jesus lives and He is the same yesterday, today and forever. I pray that more and more people will be healed by God. I pray that the body of Christ will pray more for the healing of others, and of ourselves and for the salvation of more souls. I continue to pray for the Holy Spirit to continue to move stronger and more powerfully each day on Earth so that all will be saved. Thanks be to God.
